  • Andy Eaton ACA

    MANAGING DIRECTOR

    I am a qualified Chartered Accountant and have managed to spend the last 30 years doing the things I love - turning around difficult businesses, implementing new processes and driving change, all leading to growth. I have been lucky enough to travel to all corners of the earth to do this and met many fascinating people along the way.

    What drives me is the ambition to make things better, easier and more efficient through logic and reason. I have turned failing finance teams into best in class, implemented ERP globally, established global accounting functions from nothing, managed the tightrope of bank covenants and PE investors and bought and sold companies.

    Whilst these are not the normal attributes of a Chartered Accountant I believe the training and education I received at PwC augmented by the process reengineering experience at GSK has been fundamental to my way of thinking and analysing issues and resolving problems.

    In my down time I enjoy rowing on the Thames and open water swimming every week come rain cold or shine. I enjoy most sports especially rugby and football although a lifelong support for Derby County FC has proved testing at times.

  • Kim Moss ACA

    OPERATIONS DIRECTOR

    I am a Chartered Accountant having started my career at PwC working mainly in general practice focusing on multi-national organisations and was lucky enough to spend a two year secondment to the Southern California office. During a career break, I worked in the not-for-profit sports sector at both operational and non-executive levels before moving on to running a small drinks business. I have now returned to practice at Mount Business Services.

    I spend my time focusing on financial accounting; supporting clients in the day to day understanding of their finances; building efficient processes and reporting and try to bring Top four practice quality expectations to everything we do at MBS.

    When not working, I spend as much time as possible enjoying various sporting pursuits. Cycling, skiing, swimming and general fitness are my priorities. Injury has meant retirement from triathlon but I still enjoy being a Rep for the Ski Club of Great Britain and participating in gruelling cycle challenges both here and abroad.

  • Daniel Brick

    PROJECT MANAGER

    I am a project manager and the key bookkeeper for MBS. I have recently completed my AAT Level 3 Diploma in Accounting and have now begun to study for Level 4.

    I enjoy helping our clients with the intricacies of maintaining quality financial information and hopefully along the way make it a much less onerous process.

    In Australia I coordinated and facilitated sports-based youth leadership programs and organised sporting events for multicultural young people across Victoria. In 2020 I moved from Australia to the UK to live with my girlfriend after we met scuba diving in Cairns. Outside of work you can find me playing Australian rules football for the Reading Roo’s or at Parkrun on a Saturday morning.
